Water-miscible Cutting Oil

Cutting oils are used in metal machining for various reasons such as improving tool life, reducing workpiece thermal deformation, improving surface finish and flushing away chips from the cutting area.

There are 3 types of 2XLUB water-miscible cutting oils;
• Emulsion (2X WHITE SERIES)
• Semi-synthetic (2X BLUE SERIES)
• Synthetic (2X GREEN SERIES)

Using the best base oil and optimal additives with advanced blending technology, 2XLUB water-miscible cutting oils provide high performance of lubricity and cooling in metal machining.
